Who we are

nikaveyra.com is the official website of NIKA VEYRA, a virtual recording artist / AI character. The site and the NIKA updates list are operated by DPS.SBS, NIKA’s production company (the data controller). Contact: [email protected].

NIKA updates (email list)

If you join the list we store your email address, the optional first name you give us, the date and time you agreed, the exact consent text you saw, the page you joined from and your approximate country (derived by our hosting provider from your connection, not your precise location). We use this only to send you NIKA VEYRA news — new songs, videos and releases. We do not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time on the unsubscribe page or with the link in any email we send. We keep your data while you are subscribed; after you unsubscribe we keep only your email address and the unsubscribe date, so that we can honour your choice, and delete everything else.

VEYRA assistant

Messages you type to VEYRA are sent to our hosting provider’s AI service (Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate an answer. We do not store conversations or use them to identify you. Please do not type personal or sensitive information into VEYRA.

Previews and links

Song previews and videos on this site are served from our own hosting. Links to YouTube open YouTube, which has its own privacy policy. We do not embed third-party players or advertising trackers.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. The site does not set marketing or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority (in Croatia: AZOP, azop.hr).
